Treva Restaurant & Bar: Your Destination for Authentic Italian Cuisine in West Hartford

Gem of a spot with a good menu with delicious rotating specials. Stopped by for a working lunch and left full and happy. I enjoyed the ravioli special while my guest had the black ink pasta. Both dishes came out quickly and were delicious. Several other tables also seemed to be catering to business lunches but the atmosphere was generally quiet overall. Great spot I'll be going back to.

I came here a few weeks ago with the whole family so a lot of food was devoured. Our server Amy was spectacular. The bread was so good to start my daughter had 3 big baskets herself! We also ordered the calamari and pasta dish with peas and prosciutto which was to die for. The main treasure was the branzino dish I got which was served whole (cause I asked for it that way). My parents also had the branzino and they had it filleted. My brother had a steak and everything was amazing. One of my new favorite places for sure!

Had an amazing lunch this afternoon at Treva! We sat outside and really enjoyed the peaceful ambiance. We ordered lots of delicious things and honestly, EVERYTHING was delicious. We tried the buffula w prosciutto, Di casa salad with chicken, scallop with polenta (incredible and HUGE scallops) and the caccio pepe (pasta was homemade and SO fresh!). The dessert was chocolate mousse and it was excellent. Really didn't expect such an outstanding meal as we were driving by! Our server was Anthony and he was so professional, friendly and helpful in his recommendations and accommodating us (we have a baby) He split our dishes into two plates and we were able to enjoy everything. Thanks so much for the wonderful lunch- will absolutely return! 10/10

Amongst the vast sea of fine dining establishments in West Hartford center Treva stands tall as one of my favorite's. Whether it's charcuterie at the bar, ravioli of the day, or any number of other dishes; it's all excellent! Whether you seek the quiet, and view from their bustling outdoor seating, or the inside where closer tables promote family style conversation with strangers; everything works! Always fresh, with top notch service, what's not to love about this gem!

I have been here twice now and the food was excellent both times. I had the pettini both times and it was excellent. It was extremely flavorful. We also started with the sheep's milk ricotta - pair that with their fresh bread and its mouth watering. My mom got one of their paninis. She had the pollo one. She said it was so tasty and wished she had ordered a second one to go. I highly recommend a glass of wine with dinner as it always compliments the meal.

Great service, all of the wait staff are so kind! Particularly Nara, who went of her way to guide me to where my friend was sitting and ask us if we needed anything! Indoor and outdoor ambiance here is wonderful, I do prefer the outdoor seating though! The food here always hits, sooo good! Definitely my go to spot in the WeHa area!

Wonderful birthday dinner! Apps were great (calamari and caprese salad), lasagna was awesome (very different style and made with spinach), rigatoni and mushroom tagliatelle were all amazing! Dessert were delish! Had the nightly special strawberry dessert, tiramisu and chocolate praline mousse.drinks were good-Rossini, Santino, Expresso Martini and Mocktail Strawberry Mojito Service was wonderful-very attentive and knowledgeable of menu. Refreshed water and drinks and made sure our meal was on point. Nice atmosphere. . We sat inside as it was a bit warm outside but outside looked lovely and could hear music from across the street. Great Italian restaurant and Blue Back Square is a nice area to walk around after dinner/lunch as well.

Stopped by for dinner on a Monday night and enjoyed sitting outside in their covered patio area. They had a nice selection on the menu and everything was reasonably priced. Delicious zucchini blossoms, Cacio e pepe, and rigatoni bolognese. Our waitress was friendly and took great care of us. We will definitely return!

My partner and I frequent Treva all the time for our date nights! The ambiance is great, and the service is always impeccable. I highly suggest getting their prosciutto flatbread and carpaccio! My forever favorite item is their squid ink pasta! It's flavorful, the pasta is cooked perfect, and it's a HUGE serving. If you have room in your stomach, you MUST get their honey budino. It will rock your world. Highly recommend Treva whenever you're around!
